Return and Refund Policy

At DinkFast, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your custom pickleball paddle, you’re welcome to return it under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Shipping Costs: All returns of non-custom or non-personalized paddles are subject to a 50% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized paddles, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service at hello@dinkfast.co to start a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  • Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your items back to us.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Exchanges are subject to a 50% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@dinkfast.co with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement.
