Warranty Duration
All DinkFast pickleball paddles are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects, material flaws, and workmanship issues to ensure your paddle performs at its best.
Products Covered
This warranty applies exclusively to pickleball paddles manufactured by DinkFast. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to validate coverage.
Defects Covered
The warranty covers defects that compromise the paddle’s integrity or performance, including:

Material flaws such as cracks in the paddle face, handle, or edge guard.

Manufacturing defects affecting structural integrity (e.g., faulty bonding or assembly).

Workmanship issues, including misaligned components or poor finishing.
Warranty Limitations
Please note that this warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues (surface dings, scratches, discoloration, or peeling graphics).

Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., striking hard surfaces or non-regulation balls).

Exposure to extreme heat, cold, moisture, or sunlight that degrades performance.

Modifications or alterations by the user or unauthorized parties.

Neglect, improper storage, or poor maintenance.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from DinkFast or an authorized retailer.
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a claim, please provide:

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Clear photographs of the defect.

Your contact details (name, address, phone, email).

A brief description of the issue and any steps you’ve taken to resolve it.

Claim Review & Processing

Our team will review your claim within 5 business days.

If more details or an in-person inspection are needed, we will contact you directly.

Approved claims will result in either a repair or replacement at no cost. If the original model is unavailable, a comparable paddle of equal or greater value will be provided.
Shipping Costs
DinkFast covers shipping costs for warranty evaluations, replacements, and returns. Original purchase shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return of Damaged Paddles
If a replacement is approved, you may be asked to return the defective paddle. DinkFast will cover all related shipping expenses.
